It is high time we wound up the all-India services . वकंत आ गया है कि हम अखिल भारतीय सेवाओं को खत्म कर दें .

And not by the all-India services who are a burdensome problem and have become a cadre for themselves , by themselves and of themselves . इसे अखिल भारतीय सेवा के अधिकारी नहीं चलते जो भारी-भरकम समस्या बन गए हैं और सब कुछ नियंत्रित करते हैं .

The Union Government was obviously emboldened by a strong view in the Central bureaucracy that Delhi should have the last word on requisitioning members of all-India services . केंद्र सरकार केंद्रीय अफसरशाही के इस कड़ै रवैये से भी उत्साहित ही कि अखिल भारतीय सेवाओं के सदस्यों को बुलने के मामले में केंद्र का फैसल अंतिम होना चाहिए .

An all-India service called the Indian Civil Service -LRB- ICS -RRB- was in tune with the times since the business of governance was centralised and everything existed for the common purpose of preserving the Raj . समय के साथ इंड़ियन सिविल सर्विस नामक अखिल भारतीय सेवा शुरू की गई.इसकी वजह यह थी कि शासन व्यवस्था केंद्रीकृत थी और हर काम देश में अंग्रेजी राज को बनाए रखने के सामान्य उद्देश्य से किया जाता था .

The letter highlighted the “ disturbing trend ” in the management of the state cadres of all-India services and requested the chief ministers to write to the Centre on the new threat to federalism . इस चिट् ईं में अखिल भारतीय सेवाओं के राज्य अधिकारियों के प्रबंधन में ' ' चिंताजनक पहलुओं ' ' के उभरने की बात कही गई और मुयमंत्रियों से अनुरोध किया गया कि वे केंद्र को संघीय ढांचे पर बन आए नए खतरे के खिलफ लिखें .
